2017년도 제2분기 중국동포 대상 방문취업제 기술교육 사전신청 접수기간이 2017년 2월 20일(월)12:00부터 3월 6일 12:00까지라고 법무부 출입국 외국인정책본부에서 밝혔다.
신청자격은 현재 동포방문 (C-3-8) 비자를 소지한 동포(자진출국자 포함)로서 2017년 3월 10일 기준 만 25세이상에서 만 55세 미만(1962.3.11-1992.3.10 출생)이어야 한다.

2017년도 제2분기 교육대상 선발인원은 총7,500명으로서 4, 5, 6월 각각 2,500명 선발하며 교육 월은 무작위 배정한다.
전산 추첨 예정일은 2017년 3월 10일(추첨일 변경시 별도 공지)이며 전산추첨 직추 당첨 여부는 대한민국 비자포털 홈페이지에서 확인 가능하다.
기술교육 사전신청은 일반인이 쉽게 신청할 수 있으므로 공지한 신청방법에 따라 본인이나 가족 등 지인의 도움으로 신청하면 된다.
또한, 전산추첨은 동포단체 등의 참여하에 공개적이고 공정한 방식으로 당첨자가 결정되므로 어느 누구도 추첨결과에 개입할 수가 없다.
신청자 인적사항, 거민신분증 번호, 여권번호, 사증번호 등을 사실과 다르게 입력한 경우 추첨 대상자에서 제외되니 유의하시기 바란다.
